Join us for this 5-day Institute experience in lovely suburban Sugar Land, Texas (just 25 min. Southwest of downtown Houston). We are sponsored by Dolce Music Academy. If you’re local, you can commute. If you’re coming from out of town, there are plenty of nearby hotel accommodations or try out an Airbnb! We’ll work and play during the day, but your evenings are free for practicing, relaxing or enjoying all that Sugar Land and Houston have to offer.

Sugar Land is much more than just a company town, home to Imperial Sugar Co., just 25 minutes southwest of downtown Houston – it’s a destination filled with a wealth of photo-worthy memories. From enjoying the beautiful sunsets at Cullinan Park, tasting delicious food from around the world at Sugar Land Town Square, or enjoying A-list performances at the state-of-the-art Smart Financial Centre. This is a city that is constantly evolving. Sugar Land thrives on its unique and one-of-a-kind attractions, diversity, culture, and esteemed entertainment. First Colony Mall offers shopping and dining. The Houston Museum of Natural Science at Sugar Land has a salt water aquarium plus a digital dome theater. Fort Bend Children’s Discovery Center offers interactive exhibits, including a child-size city called Kidtropolis. Stroll through the walking trails of Sugar Land Memorial Park and Brazos River Corridor. One of the city’s many parks, Oyster Creek Park, includes a rose garden and a pond.

The Downtown Aquarium, just one of many attractions in the city, offers great food and an underwater experience. Take a stroll through the historic Heights, spend the day exploring the Museum District or head down to Space Center Houston to learn all about NASA. You’re only an hour away from Galveston Island and the beach on the Gulf Coast. There’s always something to do here. Come explore H-Town!
